Robert is adept not only in preparing residential property for resale, but also in investment property, and 1031 Exchanges in Santa Clara or San Mateo Counties.                                      

Personal Information.
Born in the United Kingdom, Robert relocated to Australia as a child and resided there for 18 years. Robert moved to the United States in 1964 and became a US citizen in 1970. A resident of Los Altos for the past 31 years, Robert is married to Ruth, and has a son Richard. When not serving his clients Robert enjoys golf, tennis, swimming and listening to jazz.

Robert is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORŪ , the California Association of REALTORŪ and the National Association of REALTORŪ . All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.                                                                                   

Professional Philosophy
Robert always tries to put himself into the place of his client so as  to determine what is best for them. It sounds a bit trite but the rule of 'Do Unto Others' is an integral part of all of Robert's real estate transactions. In addition to making sure that all his clients get the very best treatmant and protection, Robert is patently honest.
